(English) Fujii Sake

(English) Fujii's sake is produced using rice for sake-making from the Omi Region (primarily Tamasakae) and water from the underground springs of the Echi River that flows down to the eastern side of Lake Biwa through the Suzuka Mountains. Our fine sake is the result of the dedication and skill of our chief brewer, Noto, which has earned us high praise from not only within Shiga Prefecture, but from the sake industry across Japan.
