Hayashi-ya Sake
Beginning with Hikone's local "Konki" sake, Hayashi-ya Sake also stocks other varieties of local Omi sake, local beer, and local wine. We particularly recommend our own original brew of "Yume Kyobashi," brewed at low temperatures without additional sugar or alcohol. We also sell local sake by volume from our shop's cooling tank.
