(English) Blessed with nature's bounty, at Kaneyasu, we catch fish from Lake Biwa early in the morning, and boil them in soy, "tsukudani" style while they are fresh. With a commitment to traditional preparation methods, we produce flavors that preserve the natural deliciousness of our ingredients. We use no additives in our food.
