(English) Ginsui will greet you just as you arrive at the entrance to the castle town of Hikone. Our sushi is topped with fresh fish, and we prepare a bounty of other ingredients for our dishes. We have 20 available counter seats, as well as tatami room seating for parties large and small, from two to up to forty people. Our fine chef awaits your next visit.
